Our Goal...

Our goal is to specifically work to develop and advance the Chausie Cat towards recognition as a new domestic in TICA.

The current Chausie TICA breed standard of excellence is an important written breed description which guides the conscientious breeder towards meeting these goals.  Because the Chausie breed is still a new breed in development, it will require continuous and long term effort on behalf of dedicated and serious breeders.

We work on the aspect of breed development with emphasis on advancing the Chausie as a breed, breeding to meet the TICA breed standard and promoting the Chausies in the USA as a family pet and show cat.

We believe in mentoring all incoming breeders, selling all Chausies under contract, requiring spay and neutering of pets and keeping fair pricing and honest evaluation of pets and breeders in the forefront of any negotiations.   We have a written health guarantee in our contracts.

Our breeders are now beginning to get fertile Chausies studs, some at the F-3 range and further on which is necessary to produce Chausie to Chausie breeding.  This in turn will help retain the elegant beauty of the Jungle Cat, the Chausie's wild ancestor and inspiration, without sacrificing wonderful domestic personalities.
